1. The promoter is: Motor Matcher whose registered office is at PO Box 527, Essendon VIC 3040.
2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 17 years or over except employees of MotorMatcher and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to claim the offer will be by sharing and tagging a friend on the Facebook post and creating an ad on https://www.motormatcher.com.au/sell-car. Applicants will be given a code to enter to bypass payment options. Applicants will also be required to create a profile to continue with the offer.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
(a) All successful entries will have a maximum advertisement period of 3 months, whereby at the conclusion the car advertisement will be removed.
7. Motor Matcher reserve the right to end this competition at any time, including prior to all 1,500 listings have been given away. After this time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. MotorMatcher reserves the right to pull a free listing at any time.
